How to configure DC-101 DTV CAM

When DC-101 DTV CAM is powered on, it will check the existence of the file "\System\ dvbt_config" on
Micro SD card. If the file is found, it will update the system configurations according to the settings in the
file.
The following sections describe the file format in details.
