INSTALLATION

IMPORTANT: Galvin Engineering products must be installed in accordance with these installation instructions

and in accordance with AS/NZS 3500, the PCA and your local regulatory requirements. Water and/or electrical

supply conditions must also comply to the applicable national and/or state standards. Failing to comply with

these provisions shall void the product warranty and may affect the performance of the product.

1. Fit Body & Mouthguard Outlet

−

Remove the lock nut.

−

Fit the body into the trough ensuring the

rubber o-ring is placed between the

trough and the body.

−

Secure outlet underneath with the

supplied back nut and tighten the screws

using a 2.5mm hex key

−

Take care not to over-tighten.

3. Fit the Piezo Button

−

Fit the piezo button and coloured washer

into the pre-drilled hole.

NOTE: Ensure the o-ring is between the

button and the coloured washer.

Secure using the supplied nut.

Solenoid

Coil

2. Fit Solenoid and Outlet

−

Fix the solenoid in position ensuring that the

solenoid coil is not facing downwards.

−

Fit the flexi hose to solenoid outlet and bubbler.

−

Connect water supply to solenoid inlet.

4. Connect the Piezo Button to the Controller

−

Connect the controller to the solenoid, piezo button

and battery pack.
