Troubleshooting

If you experience any difficulties with the operation of your CORD mi-fi powered speaker
system, please check the table below before contacting a service centre.
Problem
No Power - no indicator light
iPod will not charge
iPod will not play audio
iPod will not play video
No sound output - indicator on
No sound from right speaker
Remote control doesn't work
Unusual sound or thumping
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair this product
yourself. Please refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
No user serviceable parts are used in this product. Removing the
rear cover and tampering will void your warranty.
Possible cause
• AC Power cord is out
• AC socket switch is OFF
• AC Power cord disconnected
• AC socket switch is OFF
• USB cable is not connected
• USB cable was connected with
the AC power on
• Incorrectly docked
• No remote signal
• Incorrect source selected
• iPod video not turned on
• S-Video cable not connected
• Wrong input source selected
• Input source not connected
• iPod not correctly docked
• Volume is set too low
• System in protection mode
• Audio signal cable is out
• Battery is low
• Obstacle between remote &
remote receiver
• Error in music data
• Excessive volume level
Remedy
• Connect the AC Power cord
• Switch ON the AC socket
• Connect the AC Power cord
• Switch ON the AC socket
• Connect the USB Cable
• Switch OFF the AC Power then
switch ON the AC Power
• Remove and re-dock iPod
• Check remote operation
• Select iPod Source
• Turn on iPod video in iPod
• Connect S-Video cable
• Select correct input source
• Connect input source
• Correctly dock your iPod
• Slowly increase volume level
• Switch OFF the AC Power, wait
then switch ON the AC Power
• Connect the audio signal cable
• Replace the battery
• Remove the obstacle
• Try different music
• Reduce volume level
