3 3 .作作業業方方法法

① 工具をリアインシュレータの前面から突き当た

るまで挿入してください。

このとき、ボディのみ押し出し、ストッパは押さ

ないでください。

② 工具先端を押し込んだまま、ストッパを押してく

ださい。コンタクトが抜去されます。

※ 作業時に、引抜き工具やコンタクトをこじらない

で下さい。又、コンタクトを引き抜いた後はコン

タクト、インシュレータに傷･変形等がないことを

確認して下さい。

傷･変形が発生した場合は再使用せず、新品

と交換し使用して下さい。

※ コネクタの取り扱いに関しては KN01 シリーズコ

ネクタ取扱説明書をご参照ください。

3.Operation Method

Please insert the tool until it strikes from the front of

the rear insulator.

At this time, the press body only, don't press the

stopper.

② While pushed the tool tip, press the stopper.

Contact is removed.

※ Pry neither the extraction tool nor contact in this

process. Moreover, check to see that there are no

damage, deformation, etc. in contact and /or

insulator after withdrawing contact.

When any damage and/or deformation are found

out, don't reuse it to exchange for new one.

※ Refer to KN01 Series connector assemble manual

about handling of a connector.
