The shutdown takes place through the "Off" icon (Figure 1).
The ignition takes place via the encoder pressure adjustment (Figure 2). Once you press

 Cookbook:
By selecting the "Cookbook" icon on the home screen (Figure 1), you enter a submenu
where all the flow rates are stored.
• Selection of a recipe:
entering in the recipe and selecting the desired flow rate, (eg. "FIRST COURSES"), it
opens an additional menu with the list of all stored food.
