If the watch does not connect, try searching for it again in

the application.

If the watch does not connect, reset it –swipe from left to

right on screen watch until "Function" is displayed, confirm

by tap and then select "Reset". Then restart the phone and

reconnect the watch in the application as described in the

chapter Connecting phone.

The watch cannot be charged with a power bank

The charging current of the watch is very small. Therefore,

some power banks mistakenly evaluate the connected

watch as a phone that is already charged and automatically

turn off charging.
