Prior to using for the first time

Switching on the appliance for the first time -

setting the language

Important! If the display does not show the menu for setting the

language when the appliance is switched on, the appliance has been

switched on before. If this happens, please see the section «Setup/

Language».

To switch on the appliance,

turn the programme knob to any

programme, e. g. COTTONS (BLANC).

If you want to keep the language :

Press the OK pushbutton

If you want to change the

language:

1. Press the OPTION pushbutton

repeatedly, until the desired

language appears in the display

e. g. ENGLISH.

2. Press the OK pushbutton

In the display ENGLISH flashes

several times and the display

should then look like e.g. the

illustration opposite.

3. To switch the appliance off, turn

the programme knob to OFF.

Setting the time

So that the time and the end of the programme are correctly displayed,

please check the display and set the current time if necessary. To do

this, please see the section «Setup/Clock».
