Problem

Door was opened too fre‐
quently.
Door was not closed com‐
pletely.
Stored food was not wrap‐
ped.
Food products prevent the
water from flowing into the
water collector.
The water outlet is clogged.
The melting water outlet is
not connected to the evapo‐
rative tray above the com‐
pressor.
The "Frostmatic function" is
switched on.
The temperature is not set

The food products' tempera‐

Solution

Switch off "Frostmatic func‐
tion" manually, or wait until
the function deactivates au‐
tomatically to set the temper‐
ature. Refer to "Frostmatic

Let the food products tem‐
perature decrease to room
temperature before storage.
