Turning on the Power

The power is controlled by a toggle switch on the side of the

scanner. To turn on the scanner, press the switch toward "1."

The POWER LED will light. If it does not light , please check

the power.

Scanner Diagnostics

The scanner has a built-in self-diagnostic function to detect

system errors. The self test is initiated each time the scanner is

turned on. During the test, the ERROR LED will light on. At

the end of the test, if no error occurs, the ERROR LED should

extinguish.
