installation of the anchors. MAKE SURE THE POOL HAS SUFFICIENT DEPTH AS
SHOWN IN THE FIGURE BELOW.
9. Once the epoxy is completely set up, place the lift over the top of the anchors and bolt the
lift to the deck.
10. Mount the battery on top the control box and make sure it snaps into place. When properly
mounted the battery will be flush with the control box and will be securely locked in position.
11. While holding onto the platform, release the latches on either side that hold the Lift into the
u p r i g h t o r " s t o r a g e " p o s i t i o n . C a r e f u l l y l o w e r t h e p l a t f o r m i n t o t h e h o r i z o n t a l o r " n o r m a l u s e "
position.
12. STOP! Check all bolts and nuts for tightness, adjusting and tightening as necessary.
Carefully inspect all parts for visual damage, bent parts, or parts with small cracks. DO NOT
PROCEED IF ANY DAMAGED, WORN, OR MISSING PARTS ARE FOUND!
13. Take the remote control handset and press the down button to lower the platform. Lower
the platform until it is approximately parallel to the pool deck. DO NOT LOWER THE
PLATFORM BELOW DECK LEVEL.
14. Make sure that the safety tie rope is secured across the front of the platform between the
two stainless steel handrails.
15. Using the tailgate handle, you may now lower the tailgate ramp from the upright position
d o w n t o t h e p o o l d e c k , f o r m i n g a " b r i d g e " b e t w e e n t h e p o o l d e c k a n d t h e p l a t f o r m .
16. Your Liberty Lift is now ready for use.
