In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your Heated Wrap please take a
couple of minutes to check these possible causes before you contact the Help Line.
PROBLEM
The Heated Wrap shows
"P" in the Display.
The Heated Wrap switches
from "H" to "1" after about
1 hour.
The Heated Wrap shows
"E" in the Display.
The Heated Pad shows "C"
in the Controller Display.
The Heated Wrap has
stopped operating.

have operated.
SOLUTIONS
Check the Plug and Socket
ensuring the Locking Tab
is fully engaged.
Adjust the Heat Setting
to your preferred level
between 1-8.
DO NOT USE. Contact
your Service Department
for assistance.
Check if the controller
is in a heated area. If so,
disconnect the Mains Plug
and move the Controller.
Allow to cool for 1 hour,
then it should work as
normal.
