Operating and safety instruction

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Hydraulic porta power jack is designed for maintenance projects. Can be used for assembly and work in which
requires the use of large static forces. Porta power jack kit is design to work as lifting, tightening, bending,
straightening, drawing and spreading. Used hydraulic system allows for high strength with little effort. The product is
design for use in households and can not be used in workplaces.

GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION

For your safety, before using this product read, understand, and follow all the information provided with the
Operating and safety instruction completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly with the product, its components and
recognize the hazards associated with its use.
The owner and operator of this equipment shall have an understanding of this porta power jack Health and Safety
operating procedures before attempting to use it.
Inspect before each use. Prior to each use, visually inspect for leaking hydraulic oil, damaged, loose or missing
parts. If jack becomes worn or damaged in any way, or operates abnormally, remove it from service immediately and
contact your nearest service center for repair. Non authorized parts may be dangerous and will invalidate warranty.
The supplier does not accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by improper or incorrect
use.

It is forbidden to use porta power jack for other purposes than those specified in the manual.
2.
Inspect before every use. Do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
3.
Make sure that all accessories are connected properly.
4.
Before use check all connections, if necessary tighten.
5.
Make sure that the hydraulic hose is not twisted or broken.
6.
When working with the porta power jack make sure to use personal protection equipment.
7.
Porta power jack must be used on a flat, solid, hard and stable surface.
8.
In case of damage to the hydraulic hose, extensions or sockets immediately stop working.
9.
Hydraulic cable should be protected against fire, high and low temperatures.
10. In case of hydraulic hose damage immediately stop working and open release valve to reduce pressure.
11. Never exceed the maximum pressure.
12. Do not allow untrained persons to operate the porta power jack.
13. Never use porta power jack as a load sustaining device.
14. Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered work areas may cause accidents.
15. Do not use porta power jack while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other medication.
A moment of inattention while operating porta power jack may result in serious personal injury.
16. Do not make any modifications to the jack, and its components.
17. Use only good grade hydraulic jack oil. Avoid mixing different types of fluid and NEVER use brake fluid,
turbine oil, transmission fluid, motor oil or glycerine. Improper fluid can cause failure of the jack and the
potential for sudden and immediate loss of load.
18. Only trained person should handle the jack.
19. If the porta power jack is not in use for a long period of time, make sure is clean and do not have any dirt on it.
Store in a well protected area where it will not be exposed to corrosive vapors, abrasive dust, or any other
harmful elements. Clean as needed with a lint free, oil saturated cloth.

UNPACKING
When unpacking, check if all the parts listed are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please contact your
nearest supplier or distribution center.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
To begin working with porta power jack pump hose needs to be connected to the hydraulic ram connector. Check
if the nut has been tightened and there is no leak. Then close the safety valve by turning it clockwise (right). To
