5. OPERATION
5.1 THERMOREGULATOR AND TEMPERATURE SETTING
Valid for all models except:
KEYS FUNCTION ON THE CONTROL PANEL
Start/Stop appliance
Turn lights on/off
To view / edit the setpoint
For manual defrosting
To decrease temperature
To increase temperature
To turn on the heating element on the frame/ rails
To switch on the inside fan
SETTING THE TEMPERATURE
To set the desired temperature press
Press again the key
to confirm your choice.
The temperature shown on the display is taken by the probe located inside the cabinet at the bottom of the central aluminum panels.
MANUAL DEFROST
The product is equipped with an automatic defrost system, therefore no manual intervention is required.
If you wish to perform an additional manual defrost, press and hold for at least three seconds the key
fifteen minutes. After this stop the appliance will run again the normal operation with the previously programmed temperatures.

The temperature controller of wine units can be set to different
temperatures with or without ventilation directly by the user,
allowing to choose the right conservation or service temperature
for all types of wine.
Please remember that the bottom part of the showcase is always
few degrees lower than the upper part, fact that has to be
considered when choosing the position of the different wines.
