Preparation of the SUP

1. Remove the board from the bag.

2. Lay out the board on a clean, fl at and soft surface (e.g. sand or grass).

3. Make sure that the valve is in the fi lling position. Check that the valve button is in the upper position. If it is in the

lower position, unscrew it to the upper position.

4. Connect the tip of the high-pressure pump to the valve.

5. Infl ate the board to the recommended pressure (see mark on the valve). If the pressure is too high, press the

valve button to bleed the air to the correct level.

6. Disconnect the pump and secure the valve with a plug (cap).

7. Attach the leash (safety line) to the metal attachment loop on the back of the board.

8. Turn the board over and fi x the fi n so that the convex part of the fi n faces the back of the board.

9. Pick up the board and place it on the water, do not drag it on the ground.

10. Attach the other end of the leash under your knee or above your ankle. The leash must not move on the user's

leg.
