22 Safety and regulatory guide

Governing Law: The Federal Arbitration Act (the "FAA")

any provision of this Limited Warranty is held to be

invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or

unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the

remainder of the Limited Warranty.
