Read this instruction manual carefully as it contains important

information on the safety, use and maintenance of the appliance.

RETAIN for future reference. By doing so, you will avoid mishaps and

possible accidents that could compromise your safety.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

WARNING: This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and

above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack

of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of appliance in a safe way and understand the hazard involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall

not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the

appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.

Injury hazard: Do not use the product for purposes other than those for which

it was manufactured. Do not misuse the device.

High temperatures are created by turning on the heating plate.

DO NOT TOUCH THE HOTPLATES - DANGER OF

BURNS! The temperature of the accessible surfaces (thermostat

knob, plastic parts, enclosure surfaces) can also be high when the

appliance is in operation. Only touch the knob with the utmost care.

Warning: to avoid overheating DO NOT COVER the appliance.

This appliance is only intended for cooking food in containers suitable for

domestic (and therefore non-professional) use, and in accordance with the

methods indicated in these instructions. Pay attention to cooking food with oils

and fats because, if overheated, they can burn and cause fires. Any other use is

to be considered improper and dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held

responsible for any damage resulting from improper, erroneous and

irresponsible use and/or repairs carried out by unqualified personnel.

This cooker must be used indoors, on a safe support surface: it is not designed

to be used outdoors, either for built-in use or for uses other than those indicated

in the following manual.

After removing the internal and external packaging, make sure that the

appliance is intact; in case of doubt, do not use it and contact professionally

qualified personnel. Packaging elements (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene,

nails, etc.) must not be left at the fingertips of children as they are potential

sources of danger. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance and contact the

dealer.

As these appliances operate on a power supply, they must be subject to all the

measures reserved for this category of products.

Before connecting to the mains supply, make sure the voltage is correct as

reported on the label of the product and that the installation complies with

current regulations.
