If you have one hard disk drive installed in your expansion box, the right three

SCSI ID switches on the back of the box determine the SCSI ID switch setting

for that drive.

If you are installing a second hard disk drive in your expansion box, the left

three SCSI ID switches on the back of the box determine the SCSI ID switch

setting.

SCSI ID switches set for ID numbers

1 (down down up) on the left and

0 (down down down) on the right.
