Press the Directories button and select the option you want:

For call history:

select missed, received or placed calls and then scroll down list. View details of call by pressing Details softkey.

Place a call to a number by highlighting the number and pressing Dial softkey or OK button

Note if you have other people's lines on your handset you will see their missed calls.

For Personal Address Book

Select Personal Directory then select Personal Address Book then Log in in the same way you do for extension mobility.

Put in the first few letters of the person's first or last name or nickname and then press submit. You will see a list of

matching results.

To add a new entry submit an empty search then press new. You must enter at least a nickname and a phone number and

then submit.

For your Personal Fast Dials:

1. Select Personal Fast Dials then highlight the number you want to call and press dial

2. To add a new entry, press Assign then select an Unassigned entry then add the number you want to store.

For the Corporate Directory (not on all systems)

Put in the first few letters of the person's first or last name and then press search. You will see a list of matching results. If you

press search without any letters you will get all users.
