SUBJECT: Troubleshooting for the bent image and/or skewed images.

If the horizontal lines on the copy image are not parallel to the edge of the copy paper,

follow the adjustment for optical skewing.

3) Optical skewing

Adjust the 4th/5th mirror height.

(This adjustment is described in the service manual on page 5-95.)

NOTE:

This adjustment should be performed after the vertical lines on the copy image

are parallel to the edge of the copy paper.
