Deck B stands by for recording and the
recording side of the cassette appears in
the display.
The [> (for front side) or <1 (for
reverse side) indicator lights steadily
and shows you which side will start
recording. The other indicator flashes
for a few seconds, then disappears.

To stop recording
Press @.
When recording AM broadcasts
Sometimes a whistling sound not normally
heard when just listening to a broadcast is
audible. If this happens, adjust the pdsition
of the AM loop aerial until the whistling
sound can no longer be heard.
