5. Troubleshooting
Symptom
Power LED is off.
The ADSL Sync
LED is blinking
constantly.
Alarm LED is on.
ECI Telecom Ltd. and/or Inovia Telecoms Ltd. Proprietary
Possible Cause
No power supply.
The modem cannot
synchronize with the
Telephone provider's
equipment.
The modem has a
problem.
Check the power wiring connection.
Insure there is AC power at the AC
socket.
Check the ADSL RJ11 cable connection
between the modem and the ADSL line.
Confirm that your splitter is connected
properly to the Telephone port.
Press the Reset button on the back of the
modem. Wait a few seconds until the
modem resets itself to the default values.
If the Alarm LED is still lit, call for support.
