Drop Leaf Operation

Large Beverage Carts

For large beverage carts, please follow these instructions to raise or lower the drop leaves:

Raising:

1. Make sure no objects or limbs are in hinge joint; this could

cause damage or injury.

2. Lift the drop leaf until the locking mechanism clicks into place;

always check that the drop leaf is firmly locked in place before

loading drop leaf.

Lowering:

1. Make sure the drop leaf is clear of any objects.

2. Lift the outside edge of the drop leaf to remove weight from

hinge mechanism.

3. While lifting drop leaf, pull up on the release handle as shown

in the picture.

4. Always lower the drop leaf by hand; do not let it fall, as this

could cause damage or injury.

3-Tier Carts

For 3-tier carts with drop leaf, please follow these instructions to raise or lower the drop leaves:

Raising:

1. Make sure no objects or limbs are in hinge joint; this could

cause damage or injury.

2. Lift the drop leaf and slide out the mechanism as shown in the

picture; always check that the drop leaf is firmly locked in place

before loading drop leaf.

Lowering:

1. Make sure the drop leaf is clear of any objects.

2. Lift the outside edge of the drop leaf to remove weight from

hinge mechanism.

3. While lifting drop leaf, push the mechanism in as shown in the picture.

4. Always lower the drop leaf by hand; do not let it fall, as this

could cause damage or injury.
