Deleting emails from the handheld

Messages can also be deleted from your handheld.

To set deleting preferences

• From the home screen, click Messages

• Click again

• Click 'Options'

• Click 'Delete On' to set deleting preferences.

Deleting an individual email

• Click the trackwheel on the email

• Click 'Delete'

• Click 'Delete' again to confirm.

Emptying your Deleted Items folder from the handheld

• From the home screen, click 'Messages'

• Click again

• Click 'Options'

• Click again

• Click 'Purge Deleted Items'

• Click 'Yes.'
