MAINTENANCE

WARNING: DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FROM THE CIRCULAR SAW BEFORE

FITTING REPLACEMENT BLADES, CLEANING OR ADJUSTMENT.

Keep the machine clean by wiping off dust with a clean cloth.

1. Push and hold the spindle lock.

• Turn the blade by hand until the

lock engages.

2. Engage the hexagon key in to the

blade clamping screw and turn it

clockwise to remove the blade

clamping screw.

3. Use the retracting lever to retract

the lower blade guard and

replace the blade.

• Make sure that you pay

attention to the direction

marking on the blade.

• Replacement blades are available from your local Clarke dealer.

4. Replace the blade clamping screw by hand until it is holding the blade in

position.

5. Push and hold the spindle lock and turn the blade by hand until the lock

engages.

6. Engage the hexagon key in to the blade clamping screw and turn it

counterclockwise.
