TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
Pump loses pressure
Pump not delivering fl uid
Pump does not reach rated capacity
Pump handle has a "spongy" feel
Ram piston will not extend
Ram piston extends only partially
Ram piston extends slower than normal
Ram does not hold pressure
Ram leaks hydraulic fl uid
Ram will not retracted or retracts slower
than normal
To prevent personal injury, release pump pressure and diconnect the hose from the pump before making repaire.
Repairs must be performed in a dirt-free environment by qualifi ed personnel who are familiar with this
equipement. If the following solutions do not remedy the problem, contact your reseller.

1. Repair or replace as necessary.
