• To assemble, insert the end of beaters or dough hooks into the openings as illustrate

fig 1. Press and rotate slightly if necessary until they lock securely in place.

(NOTE: It is important that you insert the end of besters or dough with a pair of

ears into the right opening and insert the dough hook with finger ring into the left

opening.

• Put the ingredients into a bowl.

• Lower the beaters or dough hooks into the ingredients.

• Plug in and switch the mixer on and choose the desired speed
