INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Introduction
To get the most out of your new tent, please read
through these instructions before use. Please also
save the instructions in case you need to refer to
them at a later date.
Special safety instructions
Avoid using naked flames inside the tent or near
the tent canvas.
How to put up the tent
Before going camping in your tent for the first
time, you should try putting it up and taking it
down again to make sure you know what to do.
Find a suitable spot in which to put up the tent.
Remove any stones and sharp objects from the
area where the tent is to be pitched. It may be
necessary to lay out a plastic sheet on the ground
to protect the tent.
Undo the elastic strap keeping the tent folded
(figure A).
Allow the tent to unfold (figure B).
Thread the central pole through the sleeve across
the centre of the tent, and insert the tip of the
pole through the eye in the flap at the bottom of
the tent (figure C).
ENGLISH
Secure the tent with pegs, if required. Do not
stretch the tent too much (figure D).
Important! Always use both hands when opening
or closing the zip and avoid standing on it.
How to take down the tent
The tent should be as dry as possible before taking
it down, to prevent the risk of mould or mildew. If
the tent is wet when taken down, you should put it
up to dry as soon as possible.
Open the tent door to let the air out.
Release the central pole and remove it from the
sleeve on the tent.
Grasp the centre of the hoops (fig. 2 in the
illustration at the back of the instruction manual),
and draw them together (fig. 3).
Tip the tent onto its end, so the elastic strap is at
the bottom (fig. 4).
Grasp the top of the tent and push the hoops
down and in without twisting them (fig. 5).
The tent now forms two rings (fig. 6).
Lay the rings on top of one another (fig. 7).
Lift the rings up and gather them by drawing the
elastic strap around them (fig. 9).
