• Do not drop the device. Malfunction may occur, and additional cost for repair may apply
even during the warranty period.
• This device is highly magnetic. Do not place near credit cards, TV, monitors, video tapes
or watches.
• Mobile Phone usage while operating the ULTRASONIC BLADE may be intercepted due
to ultrasonic waves.
• Do not use for purposes other than directed as malfunction may occur.
• Wrap your fingers around the metal part of the electrode for the electric current to flow
while operating the device.
• Do not press hard while massaging. It may cause skin irritation.
• Do not keep in a high temperature environment such as a bathroom, kitchen, inside a car,
dusty place or in a place where there is a high risk of moisture or fire.
• Charge after powering off.
• Power off when not in use.
• Charge often. Infrequent charging will reduce the device's performance.
• Do not place any heavy material, food or drinks on the product.
• Do not clean with flammable substances such as alcohol, benzene or thinner.
• Do not take apart or repair arbitrarily.
• Keep the device away from children.
• When you pull out the electrical cord, use a dry hand.
• Keep away from water. If the device is dropped in water, pull it out immediately and let it
dry naturally.
• Wash face thoroughly with warm water and remove make-up before using the device.
• This device's massaging operation is stronger than other general skin care devices. A
light ticklish pricking sensation may occur around the nose and eye areas. This is a
temporary sensation, and can be adjusted by lowering the strength level. Stop using the
device and contact a doctor if the pricking sensation continues.
• Do not use for more than 1 minute, 30 seconds on one particular area. Doing so can
cause a prickling sensation.
• This is not a waterproof device. Do not put it in water or wash with running water. After
using, remove any cosmetic residue with a tissue or cotton cosmetic pads.
• Clean the USB cable with a cotton swab if the device does not charge well.
• Change the head after powering off. Changing the head while the power is on may cause
the product to malfunction.
• We recommend plugging your charger cable into a USB port on your computer or
AC adaptor (5V 256mA~2A). If necessary, you can use a UL-certified USB wall charger.
Don't charge with USB hub, battery pack, fast-charging power bank or any fast-charging
adaptor. Only use the charger cable provided with the ARTISTRY Skincare Enhancer.
• It is highly recommended to test the device on your arm before use if you have sensitive
skin. Use if there are no symptoms.
• Stop using if you suspect there is a problem with the device. Contact Customer Service or
