Unpacking Your Filled Pancake Maker :
Note: Always clean and dry thoroughly the unit before use.
1. Carefully unpack the unit and remove all packaging materials before initial use.
2. Unwrap the power cord at bottom of the unit.
3. Check that the rated voltage is the same as stated on the label on the unit.
Connect the appliance to a suitable electric socket.
Cleaning :
•
Before cleaning the Ebelskiver Filled Pancake Maker, it is essential to turn off the
switches and then pull the plug out of the socket.
•
Never immerse the Ebelskiver Filled Pancake Maker in water!
•
Do not attempt to access any internal parts of the Ebelskiver Filled Pancake Maker.
•
Never take your Ebelskiver Filled Pancake Maker apart for cleaning. Absorb any
excess oil from well by dabbing with paper towel. If baked batter adheres to the pan
simply pour a little cooking oil onto baked batter and let stand for approximately 5
minutes, allowing it to soften for easy removal.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not use any scouring pads or abrasive cleaners
as these will result in scratches to the unit.
Storage :
When the Ebelskiver Filled Pancake Maker is not in use, remove the plug from the wall
socket, store cord in bottom of unit and store the Ebelskiver Filled Pancake Maker in a
dry place out of reach of children.
Operation Instructions :
Note: Have batter and filling prepared before operation.
1. First, find a stable place near an electrical outlet before starting. Make sure the cord
is away from any water source.
2. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
3. The blue indicator light will turn on to signal that the power is on. Turn the control
knob clockwise from the OFF position to the desired setting. The red indicator light
will turn on and allow the Ebelskiver Filled Pancake Maker to heat up. When the
Filled Pancake Maker has reached desired temperature, the red indicator light will
turn off. You are now ready to begin cooking.
4. Using a pastry brush, coat the wells of the pan evenly with melted butter or cooking
oil to prepare to cook. Then, pour one tablespoon of batter into each well of the pan.
5. Add a small amount of the filling (about a tablespoon), and then top with some
additional batter (again, about a tablespoon, but you will have to adjust accordingly).
