CORRECTION

Plug into power source
Replace the fuse
Replace capacitor
Replace Switch
Replace or sharpen blade
Replace cutter
Cut slower
Take apart and remove rust
Replace clutch
Engage clutch handle down all the way
Consult the operating manual for procedures on
standard operating procedures
Replace cutters
Put cutters in correct sequence
Make sure only pipe of good quality is used
Use only thread cutting oil in adequate quantity
Tighten handwheel clutch
Clean with wire brush

See operational protocols. Get drill with helical
shaft and extension to collect the broken cable
