5.1.

Before starting Appliance operation you should carefully study this operation manual.

5.2.

Special precautions:

• Never operate Appliance with the damaged power cord or plug as well as if its power cord has

a sharp bend or any mechanical damages. Do not remove power cord from the socket by pulling

the cable.

• High temperatures can lead to malfunctioning of the Appliance, therefore do not expose it to

the direct sunlight and keep it away from any heat sources. Openings available on the Appliance

enclosure are provided for ventilation purpose. These openings should not be blocked or closed in

order to prevent Appliance from overheating.

• Do not put any foreign objects into the slots and openings available on the Appliance enclosure,

because it may cause electric shock, short circuiting of the electronic circuit of the Appliance or

breakage of the fan blades.

• Exclude any possibility of getting any foreign objects, insects or liquids into the Appliance,

do not wipe surface of the Appliance in the switched on condition with a damp cloth, do not wash

surface of the Appliance filter.

• Attention: Immediately disconnect the Appliance from power supply source in the following

cases:

- falling down of the Appliance or any damage of the Appliance enclosure;

- damage or wear of the power cord or plug;

- absence of irradiation of the LED module (subject to power supply availability in the line);

- getting any liquids onto or into the Appliance;

• In order to avoid inactivation of the photo-oxidation catalyst do not use the Appliance in case

of peak emissions of volatile chemical contaminants in the air of production shops of industrial

enterprises, as well in the special smoking rooms, subject to styrene compounds availability in the

premises' air.

ATTENTION! Accumulation of organic substances adsorbed from air on the photo-catalyst

surface may take place in case of keeping the Appliance for a long time in the de-energized

condition. These substances after switching the Appliance on (including the new one) may produce

some specific smell in the first hours of Appliance operation. Therefore, it is recommended to switch

on the new Appliance for a few hours in ventilated area until the smell disappears.
