Carefully remove the contents from the package. If any parts are missing do not
attempt to use the product until they have been obtained and correctly installed.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Do not over tighten fasteners.
1. (SEE FIGURE 1) Attach front wood slat (C)
with rounded edge facing out towards
the cast iron sides (B). Secure using two
round head screws (E), two washers (F),
and two nuts (G).
Repeat this step and attach rear slat (C).
Do not tighten at this time, leave
slats loose for adjustment later.

2. (SEE FIGURE 2) After attaching front and
rear wood slats (C) to cast iron sides (B),
QUANTITY
attach backrest (A) to cast iron sides (B),
using four round head screws (E),

four washers (F), and four nuts (G).

Do not tighten at this time, leave the slats

and backrest loose for adjustment later.

Do not install plastic nut covers (I) at this

time, they should be installed after all
hardware has been tighten securely.

3. Attach the remaining four wood slats (C)
to cast iron sides (B) in the same method

as Step 1.

Do not tighten at this time, leave slats
loose for adjustment later.
4. Adjust the legs on the cast iron sides (B)
to a 90-degree angle and space out
wood slats (C) evenly.
Tighten all hardware securely.

5. (SEE FIGURE 3) Attach middle support
bracket (D) to the bottom of the wood

slats (C) using six self-tapping wood
screws (H).
6. (SEE FIGURE 2) Place the four plastic
nut covers (I) on the four nuts (G)
protruding from the back
of the backrest (A).
