•
The Shaft-20 automatic system does not require any special servicing.
•
Repair and maintenance may be carried out only by qualified personnel trained at an authorized DoorHan
centre.
•
Be sure that after completion of installation the installer has shown the user how to release the door in case of
emergency and has given instructions on proper operation and maintenance of the automatic system.
•
When carrying out maintenance, it is recommended to use DoorHan original spare parts.
•
Carry out maintenance of the DoorHan automatic system at least every six months.
•
Check regularly if the door moves smoothly when automatically operated.
•
Check regularly if the extreme positions of door travel are properly adjusted and safety devices are in good
working condition.
•
In case of a power cut, it may be necessary to restore the operator adjustments. For this purpose, after the
electric power supply has been restored, check the automatic system for normal operation. If there have been
any changes in work of the operator, program the operator anew according to the procedures, described in the
section "Programming" (pay special attention to the selection of the operation mode).
•
In case of a power failure the door will stop. As soon as power supply is restored you can control the operator
as usual.
•
After expiration of life time, the product shall be delivered to a specialized disposal plant. If you have lost this

43201, Czech Republic, or by email: [email protected]. The producer (DoorHan) does not supervise the
installation of doors and automatic devices, as well as their maintenance and operation, thus DoorHan cannot
be held liable for safety of installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Error
Operator does not work
After the operator has been used in the manual
mode, it does not work after pressing the control
buttons or remote control panel
Operator stops suddenly
Door does not open/close completely

Possible cause
Power is OFF
Obstruction to the door movement
Poor connection of electric wires
The operator is released
Automatic return to the initial position is not performed
The door is not balanced
The operator's thermal protection is active
Incorrect adjustment of limit switches
MAINTENANCE
Remedy
Make sure that power is ON
Remove the obstruction
Check reliability of electric wiring connection
Engage the operator
Rotate the release knob in order to resume the operator
operation (see paragraph 4.5)
Adjust the door
Allow the operator to cool down
Adjust limit switches
