The function of the check valve
The check valve is installed inside of an inlet
port of the vacuum pump.
The role of this valve is to prevent the oil
occurring a countercurrent when the vacuum
pump stops operating forcing the backlashing
in a moment.
2. The exchange period of the check valve.
The check valve's life varies depending on the
working condition.
The process that turns ON/OFF frequently may
shorten the valve's life.
(ex. The hospital suction machine)
Warning
: If the countercurrent occurs towards the
inlet port, inspect and replace the check
valve immediately.
No replacement of the check valve will cause a
severe damage to the vacuum pump.

Remove all the pipe
connected to the inlet
Disassemble the bolts
in the inlet
Separate the inlet
Inspect if operating well
by pushing the check
valve.
Replace the check valve's
components.
Reuse of O-RING will
cause the malfunction.
