Connect the Headlight to the Rack
A. Unscrew the nut and screw holding the headlight, reflector, and bracket together. Reverse the orientation of the bracket so
that it angels upward. Reassemble the headlight and reflector together by retightening the nut and screw into place.
B. Slide a lock washer on to the same screw that mounted the headlight to the bike frame. Next, slide a washer onto the screw.
Using the Allen key, screw the headlight assembly to the front of the rack. Tighten to 3Nm.
C. Ensure the headlight faces outward, angled slightly down while the reflector is vertical.

Remove the Front Plate
Unscrew the 4 screws from the front plate. This is where the
Front Rack will assemble.
Note: You will not re-assemble the front plate or the screws
to the eBike. We recommend maintaining the front plate and
hardware should you wish to remove the Flyer Front Rack in
the future.
Attach the Front Rack
Slide a M5 lock washer onto each of the provided 15mm
screws. Next, slide a M5 washer onto each of the screws.
Attach the front rack plate to the bike, by tightening each
15mm screw by hand. Fully tighten each screw to 3Nm using
the provided Allen key.

Reconnect the Headlight
A. Connect the extension wire to the headlight. Connect the other end of the wire to the original connecting port in the bike's head tube.

Test the Wire Connection
To test the headlight wire connection, reinstall the
battery and turn the headlight on by pressing and
holding the "+" button. If not powering on, remove
the headlight connection and check for debris. If the
headlight still does not work after reconnecting, please
contact the Radio Flyer Customer Service team by email

Ensure there is enough slack in the wire, so the headlight does not accidentally disconnect while riding. The connector should be
inserted in the headlight so that the correct terminal shapes line up.
