6 HOW TO ATTACH AND DETACH THE DRIVE UNIT
This product is structured so that the drive unit can be separated from the lens body. If it is used as a manual
lens, detach the drive unit while referring to Section 6-1. If the drive unit is mounted again, mount it while
referring to Section 6-2.

Turn the camera and the lens power off.

Disconnect the 12-pin cable.

Detach the lens body from the camera.

Loosen the three drive unit fixing screws and
detach the drive unit from the lens body.

Cap the contact on the lens body.
If power is supplied from the camera when the PL
mount lens is used, remove the 12-pin cable and
then cap the connector.
