1.3.1 Thermometer (A)

Measures the heating chamber water temperature.

1.3.2 Secondary air (B)

There is another control above the fire door for adjusting the secondary air whose purpose is to burn

unburnt gases produced by the combustion process. With the knob in position " - " the secondary air is

closed; in position " + " it is fully open. Shift the knob towards + or – to increase or decrease the air

flow.

1.3.3 Secondary air control (C)

By means of the revolving air control on the ash door the secondary air can

flow into the lower part of the stove through the ash pan and grate. When the

arrow is in position 0, the air inlet is closed; when the arrow is in position 3,

the air inlet is fully open.

The secondary air flow control must be set to zero (closed) when combustion

is controlled with the thermostat (F).

Warning: Wider adjustments can cause overheating and damage to the

stove.
