（11） Dial: Press this key to access the Dialed Calls directly when the phone is in standby

state; this key is also used to dial out the inputted number.

Press this button once more to end the call. This key is also used as a power on/off key;

press and hold it for about 5 seconds to turn on/off the power.

: In free mode, press this key to access the Messaging menu directly; In payment

mode, when SMS BILL is selected as "Activate", press this key for downloading bill.

message. It is also used as the keypad unlock key when the keypad has been locked.

（15） Alphanumeric keys (0-9, #): The keys are used for dialing a phone number, and typing a
