Limited One Year Warranty

What is Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in your RE-vibe™.

How Long Coverage Lasts

This warranty runs for one year from the date you purchase your RE-vibe™.

What is not Covered

Batteries, or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered.

Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow

the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not

apply to you.

What FokusLabs Will Do

FokusLabs will repair or replace any RE-vibe™ that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

How to Get Service

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST provide a copy of your original purchase receipt.

If something goes wrong with your RE-vibe™, please contact customer support immediately at 919-813-0427 or

[email protected]. Subsequently, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return form

may be issued to you. If this occurs you can then send your RE-vibe™ postage paid with a completed return

form including RMA number to:

If the RE-vibe™ you return to us is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the one-year war-

ranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no expense to you. We will send you a replacement product

at the address you specify to us (US only). FokusLabs will provide standard shipping for all units found to be

defective under the aforementioned conditions of 'defective materials or workmanship'.

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
