TEST MODE

Open the cover, bring the dip4 ON, close the cover. By now, the LEDs are always active and the

sensor does not inhibit more. Adjust the flow rate of the infrared and / or microwave. After tests

completed open the cover, bring the dip4 to OFF and close the cover. For further 3 minutes, the

sensor is still in test. After this time, the sensor enters low-power mode.

DISPLAY INTRUSION

Bringing dip3 to ON, the sensor activates the red LED for a few seconds, whenever it detects an

intrusion. The signaling affects power consumption by decreasing the battery life. Please note that

after each detection, the sensor remains inactive for at least 3-6 minutes (see dip2).

SENSOR ENROLLING ON THE CONTROL PANEL

RSSI LED

Remove the PCB from the plastic housing of the sensor, making sure that you do not touch the

infrared sensor and do not damage any component.

Insert the battery and wait about 10 seconds.

Make sure the transceiver of the control panel is in the learning mode according to the

installation instructions of the control panel.

Make a transmission by pressing and releasing the "ENROLL" button of the detector; this

•

will initiate the transmission of "Learning" data from the sensor to the transceiver of the

control panel.

»» Enrolling outcome and signal indication (RSSI) is then displayed using LED:

• 3 green blinks: stable connection

• 3 yellow blinks: unstable connection

• 3 red blinks: device not enrolled

In an already enrolled device, RSSI can be re-triggered pressing the enrol button.

ENROLL Button
