PROBLEM
Pump runs but doesn't
pump any product

Troubleshooting Instructions
CAUSE
•
Air-lock
•
Air leakage
•
Bad installation
•
The lines are dirty
•
Blockage on line
•
Nitro pump Switch
•
Nitro Dispensing Swith
•
Cold Coffee Dispensing
Switch
•
Main pump Switch
•
Main pump has an air-lock
•
Main pump is on pretection
mode
•
Dispensing Tap blocked
•
Filter Strainer blocked
•
Power failure
SOLUTION
•
Reset pump by turn it off for 2 minutes
•
Clean Filter Strainer (Monthly Cleaning instructions)
•
Verify all your lines from the RTD to the unit for leakage
•
Make sure all the connections are properly push in
•
General Cleaning will be necessary
•
Tap nozzle disc dirty
•
Switch ON Nitro pump in the back of unit
•
Switch Nitro dispensing swith to Nitro
•
Unplug and re-start the system
•
Switch the Dispensing Switch to Cold Coffee
•
Turn OFF Main Pump switch for 2 minutes
•
Verify all line and re-connect them if needed
•
Reset pump by turn it off for 2 minutes
•
Make sure there's enough product inside of your RTD
container
•
Clean the disc inside of the nozzle on the Tap
•
Clean the Filter Strainer
•
Make sure the units and the main pump are properly
plug to 110 volts source (System & Pump)
•
Verify the braker on the electrical panel
