IMPORTANT: Make sure that the mains voltage
matches the voltage stated on the machines
rating plate.
THE SWITCH
The machine is set to operation by pressing the
switch ✪✌ (Fig.2.).
SPEED REGULATION
Depending on the application, the rotation speed
can be varied by turning the knurled button ✫✌
(Fig 3.)
NOTE: The rotation speed is dependent upon the
pressure applied during working. DO NOT
overload the machine.
WARNING:
The sander must be switched on before making
contact with the surface to be sanded. Do not
stop the sander while it is in contact with the
surface to be sanded.
USE AND APPLICATIONS
The tool is supplied ready for use and it is only
necessary to fit the abrasive paper to the pad.
SANDING DISCS:
Are simply pressed onto the sanding pad (Fig
4.). The holes in the sander must correspond to
the holes in the sanding disc for maximum dust
extraction.
ATTENTION:
Excessive pressure on the handgrip does not
necessarily result in higher sanding speed, on
the contrary, it can provoke motor overloading
and less efficient operation.
ABRASIVE PAPER
Only use good quality abrasive paper as this will
improve the sanding efficiency and reduce
working time. Use coarse grade (40-60-80)
sanding sheets when large quantities of material
need to be removed. For finishing operations use
120 grade sanding sheets. (See Optional
Accessories).
