This guide contains instructions for installation of the BD CSampler™ Plus Accessory for the BD Accuri™ C6 Plus Cytometer.

Install and validate the

• Installation and removal tool
• 24-tube rack
• BD Accuri™ C6 Plus and BD CSampler™ Plus Software and Documentation USB
(not pictured)
Preparing the Cytometer
Shut down the cytometer.

WARNING
Failure to power off the cytometer before installing the BD CSampler™ Plus Accessory could damage the
BD Accuri™ C6 Plus Module, or both.

Loosen the thumb screw and remove the sample stage.
