20. SUFFOCATION HAZARDS: Young infants have limited head and neck control. If
the seat is too upright, infant's head can drop forward and compress the airway.
ALWAYS keep swing seat fully reclined until infant is at least 4 months old AND can
hold up head without help.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
