Decorating your Cake Pops
A fun and unique feature of cake pops are that they can be individually decorated
to suite different occasions. Whether hosting children's parties or sophisticated
events you can tailor decorate to your choice.
For simple toppings melt white, dark or milk chocolate in a bowl over boiling water,
ensuring that the water doesn't touch the bowl. Dip in your cake pops using lollipop
sticks and leave to harden.
Alternatively use candy melts to make the decorating process easier, also add
edible glitter for a unique presentation.
You can also top with icing sugar, which can be piped for a more elegant finish,
ground nuts, whipped cream and other varieties of ingredients.
