Warranty and support

Beconfident warrants its products for two years after the date of

purchase. Defects due to faulty materials and workmanship will be

repaired or replaced at Beconfident's (including Beconfident retail-

ers and dealers) expense provided that convincing proof of pur-

chase in the qualifying period is provided. Beconfident recommends

use of genuine Beconfident brush heads for optimal performance.

Use of other brush heads may damage your brush and limit your

warranty protection. Contact your local retailer and dealer or

send an Email to: [email protected] for warranty service.

Warranty exclusions

What is not covered under warranty:

Brush heads.

Damage caused by use of unauthorized replacement parts

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations or

Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions,

The proof of purchase has been altered, defaced or removed.

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and

fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the length

of this warranty. Beconfident or any of its affiliated or subsidiary

companies shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequen-

tial or other damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of

contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages

include, without limitation, loss of savings or revenue, loss of profit;

loss of use; the claims of third parties including, without limitation,

dentists and dental hygienists; and cost of any substitute equipment

or services.

If the Beconfident product is required to be sent back to the retailer

or dealer for repair or replacement, the following must be furnished

to have the product serviced and returned:

For warranty return include some form of proof-of-purchase, such

as a mechanical reproduction or carbon of a sales receipt. Make

sure the date of purchase and product model number are clearly

readable. If the originals are sent, they cannot be returned.

Send the entire product after contacting customer service.

Pack product securely to prevent damage in transit. If possible, use

the original packing material.

Enclose a description of what was happening with the product.

Include a typed or clearly printed name and address of where

the product is to be returned, with phone number (required for
