Fault or phenomenon
No display of the treadmill

Possible reasons
A. Power is not plugged or there is no
power supply.
B. The power switch is not on.
C. No supply of the mainboard or it is
damaged.
D. Disconnection of the Electronic
meter signal lines.
E. The Electronic meter is damaged
F. (liquid crystal) the backlight is out of
work
A. Display of Pseudo Soldering or
continuous soldering of driver IC
B. Display of abnormality of driver IC
A. There
is
resistance
transmission parts
B. The transmission belt is over tight or
over loose
C. The torque of the drive is over little
or over large
A. The safety lock fell off
B. The magnetron is not connected
properly
A. The signal lines of the electronic
meter is not well plugged or poor

D. Burnout of the drive
A. Not well plugged of the motor line
B. The motor inside is open circuit

Handling method
Plug the power lines into the AC
current, or check the AC socket
Switch the power to "ON"
Press the overcurrent protector or
replace the driver
Replace the signal lines and plug the
lines again
Replace Electronic meter
Check and repair the backlight lines or
replace the backlight lines
Check and repair the welding joints and
re-weld
Repair and re-weld the driver IC
in
the
Adjust the transmission parts or add
lubrication oil
Adjust the tightness of the transmission
belt
Adjust the torque potentiometer to the
proper position
Put the safety lock onto the plate for the
