The dehumidification capacity is impacted by the room operating parameters, temperature, humidity, size and whether
the windows/doors are open. For optimal results, make sure that the room parameters are within the operating range
Humidity readings from different devices could vary due to different calibration and location. So, it is possible that the
humidity reading from the device is different from that of your store-bought device. This is normal and not a cause for
alarm.
NOTE: When the appliance is run continuously over an extended period of time, ice could form in the dehumidifier. If this
happens, the appliance will automatically enter into defrost mode, during which time it will not dehumidify. In the rare case
the appliance does not work after defrosting, do contact us. We will help resolve the issue.
