Press and hold the button to switch to the Menu
interface to look at past records or examine settings
for pairing devices, activity applications, the watch
and user information.
Press and hold the button to pause recording.
Press and hold the button to turn on the watch.
Press the button to unlock the watch.
Press the button to switch to Activity Applications.
Press the button to begin recording/manually
count laps or sets.
