Enables temperature to be maintained at above 63°C for buffets, service, plate loading.

Ideal for : plates, GN1/1 gastro standard trays and sub-sizes to a maximum height of 40mm, pas-
try trays, serving dishes.
They are not to be used to reheat or cook.

Connect the plug (2 phases + earth).

Put switch in position

Adjust the thermostat (80°C minimum).

Preheat 20min before using your hotplate.

Plug 2P + G plug into socket.

Allow heating plate to warm up for 20 mn before using it.
PRECAUTIONS OF USE
The upper part of the hotplate can be very hot and can bring about some burns.
